• A tilting motor opens the rake bucket to a specified angle
• The hoisting motor lowers the open rake along guide rails via wire ropes to the channel bottom
• Upon reaching the bottom, a travel limit switch stops the descent
• The tilting motor restarts to close the rake and capture debris
• The rake ascends, with its teeth clearing bar gaps and sliding up the dead plate
• At the top limit switch, an automatic wiper scrapes debris into a conveyor or collection cart

Optimized using advanced international technologies, the system comprises hoisting and tilting gear motors, wire rope drums, drive shafts, upper pulley assemblies, rake bucket, wipers, guide rails, submerged screen bars, and dead plate.
