Continuous Externally-Fed Rotary Micro Filter with 0.25mm Particle Capture and Stainless Steel Construction for Wastewater Pretreatment

The WLW externally-fed rotary micro filter provides continuous solid-liquid separation for small to medium municipal and industrial wastewater plants. By removing 30% to 60% of suspended solids, it significantly reduces downstream processing loads. Capturing particles larger than 0.25mm, this equipment is ideal for pretreatment in industries like papermaking, tanning, slaughterhouses, brewing, food processing, chemical fibers, and textiles.

Driven by a variable speed motor, the drum intercepts debris on its outer surface as wastewater rises from the buffered inlet tank. Filtered water passes into the drum and exits through the bottom, naturally backwashing the mesh. Intercepted solids and fibers are rotated to the opposite side and removed into a hopper by a scraper. Notably, the moisture content of the discharged waste is 5% to 30% lower than conventional internally-fed models. The clean effluent is then routed to the outlet tank for final discharge.
