Product Overview

The center flow perforated plate screen delivers highly efficient secondary screening to remove fine suspended and granular debris. Its compact, space-saving design ensures easy installation and user-friendly operation.

Working Principle

The center flow perforated plate screen consists of a drive unit, main frame, stepped perforated panels, and a flushing system. Installed centrally in the channel, wastewater enters through a front opening and flows outward through the side-mounted panels, while baffles prevent any hydraulic bypass.

As the motor drives the traction chain, the panels continuously lift intercepted debris from bottom to top. A pressurized flushing system then automatically discharges the waste into a central trough for gravity removal. This unique "center-in, side-out" flow pattern ensures complete debris interception with strictly zero carry-over downstream.

Featuring an advanced self-cleaning design, the system completely eliminates debris tangling, mechanical jamming, and bottom dead zones, achieving optimal pretreatment efficiency.
