Product Application

Installed in the inlet channels of WWTPs, waterworks, and stormwater pump stations, the GSHP rotary rake screen automatically intercepts and removes floating debris to protect and ensure the smooth operation of downstream processes.

Working Principle

The equipment mainly consists of a drive unit, frame, main shaft, screen bars, retaining plate, rake teeth, and traction chain.

Driven by the motor and reducer, the chain moves the rakes downwards behind the screen. At the bottom, a guide wheel flips them to the upstream face. The rakes insert into the bar gaps and travel upwards to lift the debris.

Reaching the discharge port, the rakes automatically invert, dropping the waste into a conveyor or bin. Water flows continuously through the gaps in this automated cycle.
